Henk-Jan Kruidenier has been active in the recreational real estate business on a full-time basis ever since 2006. Thanks to his years of experience in this branch of industry as a broker and appraiser, he has acquired all the necessary specialised knowledge and expertise. Henk-Jan specialises in the appraisal, purchase and sales of commercial property, particularly such recreational accommodation firms as camping sites, recreational parks, wellness companies, marinas, golf courses, group accommodations, development locations for recreational bungalows as well as (recreational) investment properties.
